Do not hesitate to call them! They were out at our pool, got us decent priced quotes that were very easy to understand and explained everything in detail and got started to work within a week! I've never owned an in ground pool before and not once did they have a problem helping me understand the process. There were even a few times I had to ask them questions during off times and they without hesitation responded and got me the answers I needed. My pool wasn’t open for at least three years and I thought it was runt forever and they brought it back to its original state in about a week and a half.
